Eggplant

Oiled tuna
1 tin
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Salt
To taste
Preparation
Peel the eggplants, cut them up in two halves,
cook in the Multicoccion at full power for 5 minutes. Remove the preparation from the microwave and crush the eggplant with the tuna and the oil.
